.410 Bore Shotgun

Superb Spanish made AyA 410 side by side shotgun, built in 1973. This is an almost pristine example, with perfect wood and receiver and just a few very minor rub marks to barrels. Receiver retains nearly all its original colour hardening. Choked 1/2 & 3/4, this dainty little gun features disc set strikers, 28" long chopper lump barrels with 3" chambers, twin triggers, extractors and splinter fore end. Bores are mirror perfect. Stock is English Straight hand with a very slight Swan neck, showing decent figure. Weight is almost dead on 5lb. There is no cheap aluminium alloys in this gun. It is solid, but light and lively. The 410 bore is the most highly sought of the AyA box lock guns, commanding premium prices in offshore markets. You don't have to search far to find examples currently listed for prices above $3k US Dollars. This example is priced in order to reflect excellent value for money.
