.303 British Rifle

Lee -Metford 1888 by London Small Arms 1891. with very low 3 digit serial no. the rifle has Matching numbers and a forced matched bolt by the armourer or factory at some time in its past 8 round magazine missing the magazine connecting link. comes with a correct year dated bayonet (not matched number) Metford barrel replaced with an Enfield barrel in 1911 which is in good condition. I would describe the rifle as very good condition for its age with a nice patina I have owned this rifle for approx 17 years and have never fired it , I only purchased it for my collection . It has been stored in a corrosion inhibiting bag ( VCI bag ) for many years . more pics available upon request shipping will be at the dealers cost to your nominated dealer
